Neighborhood Real Estate

People often ask if there is real estate available for sale or rent in our neighborhood. So, to help them, we have created a Neighborhood Real Estate Database!

Do you know of an apartment or home in the neighborhood for rent or for sale? Then please fill out this form.

Available real estate can be viewed soon. (This is a beta version.  We are working on a system to allow people to delete entries.)

East Mountain Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Need Help?

Are you in need of something your neighbors could help you with?  Or do you need volunteers for a community service project? If so, please fill out this form:  https://forms.gle/AjKrhJ8ovA5uzahZ6.

(If it is an emergency call 911.  You can also call 211 or go to https://211utah.org/ for food, housing, and transportation needs.)   Or you can email eastmtnneighbors@gmail.com or text 801-477-6380.  Filling out the form does not guarantee help, but we will do our best to help.

You can also go here to see people willing to help:   https://bit.ly/2Vp8ROp.

Willing to Help?

Are you willing to help your neighbors?  Or would you like to volunteer for a community service project?  Then, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/F83YMtzdpDwvt3vq5.

You can also go here to see people needing help: https://bit.ly/2RAFjMV.

(Please note, none of these forms or spreadsheets are maintained by the East Mountain HOA.  They are maintained by the East Mountain Neighborhood Committee. Email eastmtnneighbors@gmail.com if you have questions or you are willing to join the committee.)

East Mountain Pet Registry

Do you have a pet? (Especially one that likes to get loose and roam the neighborhood?) Then complete this Google Form with all your pet’s information! (The database is maintained by the East Mountain Neighborhood Committee and not the HOA.)

A Pet Registry will periodically be published with all the neighborhood pets. So, when you see a roaming pet, you can look in the registry–complete with pictures–and find out how to get the pet safely back to his or her owner!
